Classical Pilates

Rooted in the traditional Pilates method, this class honors the original exercise order while emphasizing precise form, breath, and controlled movement. This focused, full-body practice enhances posture, deepens core strength, and builds mindful stability for a balanced and effective workout. WINTER 2026: JANUARY 6 - MARCH 17 Tues: 7:45 - 8:30 a.m. (SRC North - MPR A) __________ SPRING 2026 APRIL 2 - MAY 28 Tues/Thurs: 7:45 - 8:30 a.m. (SRC North - MPR A) JUNE 2 - JUNE 9 Tues/Thurs: 7:45 - 8:30 a.m. (SRC South - MPR E) Registration opens five days prior to the selected class date. If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel your registration to provide other patrons an opportunity to attend. For more information about group exercise classes, contact fitwell@ucr.edu. POLICIES & ETIQUETTE: To ensure a positive and respectful environment during group fitness classes, patrons are encouraged to arrive early.
